Hendry County Board of County Commissioners to hold emergency meeting

LABELLE — The Board of County Commissioners of Hendry County, will hold an emergency meeting to discuss hurricane debris pick up on State roads within Hendry County and related issues at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 6, in the Commission Room, Hendry County Courthouse, 25 East Hickpochee Ave., LaBelle.

Meetings are open to the public. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Hendry County Commission with respect to any matter considered at such a meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Note that matters may be discussed at a meeting which are not on the prepared agenda for the meeting.
