LABELLE — Wright Construction Group has begun the $1.2 million apron rehabilitation project at the LaBelle Municipal Airport, which is fully funded by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).

Several night closures of the active runway will need to take place (dates to follow). Pilots are asked to PLEASE TAXI WITH CAUTION while construction is taking place.

Once completed, the apron will be able to support all aircraft that currently utilize the Labelle Airport. This project is scheduled to be completed in early April 2019.

Pilots, travelers and residents with questions or concerns can contact the LaBelle Airport at 863-675-1568.
