The City Commission will meet at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, in the Commission Chamber at City Hall, 115 W. Ventura Ave. The meeting agenda is on the city’s website, www.clewiston-fl.gov, usually by 5 p.m. the previous Friday; click on “Agendas & Minutes” under “City Services” to find those documents. The commission’s meetings are livestreamed on the Clewiston Chamber of Commerce’s Facebook page, www.facebook.com/clewistonchamber/.
Hendry County – The Hendry Board of County Commissioners will meet at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, in the Commission Chamber at Clewiston City Hall, 115 W. Ventura Ave. in Clewiston. The meeting agenda, with links to backup material in many cases, is posted on the county’s website, www.hendryfla.net, usually by late in the week prior. Click on “County Agenda” and navigate to the current agenda by following the links to “2000s,” then “2010s,” then “BCC Meetings,” “Public Hearings” or “Workshops,” as appropriate.
