Single vehicle accident claims life

CLEWISTON — A 27 year-old man lost his life in an single vehicle accident on March 12.

According to the FHP on Sunday, March 12, at 2:56 a.m. Joshua Michael Ingram, 27, of Clewiston was traveling north on Flaghole Road approaching Surrency Road when he failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway. Mr. Ingram drove onto the north shoulder where he struck a tree and his 2008 Ford F-150 caught on fire.

Reportedly Mr. Ingram was pronounced dead at the scene by Hendry County EMS personnel.
