On Friday, March 23, students and staff at Central Elementary School wore green to raise awareness and show our support to those who battle Cerebral Palsy (CP) everyday. At Central there are students, siblings, and staff who love someone with CP. One of their fifth grade students, Jaylin Velazquez, prepared and passed out green ribbons with informationally cards to raise awareness, on behalf of her sister Natalie Cervantes. Theses students are all affected differently, but they all want the same thing, understanding and acceptance! Wear green for CP!!
